• To keep in touch about your requests and, where you have asked us to, to notify you about the launch of the Le Lod app (consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• To run and secure our website and business (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only where necessary to fulfil your requests — for example, passing your name and party details to a restaurant, hotel, charter operator, or chauffeur company in order to make your booking — and with service providers that help us operate (such as email hosting), under appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to handle your requests and to meet legal obligations (such as accounting requirements), after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Le Lod is a private lifestyle concierge service operating across Europe, offering assistance with restaurant and nightlife reservations, exclusive events, private jet and yacht charter, chauffeur services, hotel booking, and luxury property rentals. Contact: federico.ceruti@lelod.co.

2. Our service

Le Lod acts as an intermediary between you and third-party providers (restaurants, venues, hotels, aircraft and yacht operators, chauffeur companies, property owners). An enquiry sent through this website, by email, or by message does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we expressly confirm it to you, together with any applicable terms and pricing.

3. Pricing and payment

Fees and costs are communicated individually for each request before confirmation. Third-party services are subject to the terms, pricing, and cancellation policies of the relevant provider, which we will communicate to you at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the third-party provider for each booking and will be communicated before you confirm. We will always do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that third-party providers will do the same.

5. Responsibility

We select providers with care, but third-party services are performed under the responsibility of the providers themselves. To the extent permitted by law, Le Lod is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or cancellations by third-party providers, nor for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Lawful use

We arrange only lawful services. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, design, and branding — belongs to Le Lod and may not be reproduced without permission. Photographs are used under their respective licences.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
